The Open Session minutes of Board meetings are available for review at each Open Session held in the gatehouse. Copies are available from EPM at a cost of $10 per meeting if sent via e-mail, or $15 per meeting if faxed or sent regular mail. A check made payable to EPM for the correct amount must be received before any minutes are sent.

Pool badges or new yearly stickers are issued automatically in May to all homeowners who are in good standing in the association (fully paid up monthly fees and no outstanding violations). A charge of $10 is levied for lost badges. New badges are provided at no charge for new homeowners.
Please contact the Property Manager with the details of the violation and provide your name, address and phone number or e-mail. Anonymous complaints will not be addressed. Phone calls are allowed in case of immediate, life threatening situations.
Garbage collection is done by Waste Management Company on Tuesdays. Garbage dumpsters are located at five spots in the Meadow Woods parking lots. If you need bulk items picked up, please call ahead of the collection day to 609 844-7137.
Recycling is done by Lawrence Township Public Works on Mondays. Recycling dumpsters are located in the back parking lot. One is for broken down cardboard (flattened) and the other is for plastic, glass, metal and newspaper.
